Accordion Widget Advances Too Soon on CornerStone (LMS)

New Here ,
Feb 06, 2019 Feb 06, 2019

Hi,

I have inserted an interaction (accordion widget) into a course.  When I preview the course in both SWF and HTML5 Browsers it responds correctly.  However, when I publish to our LMS (Cornerstone), as soon as you click on the first Label the course automatically advances to the next slide.  The learner does not have a chance to read the content or click on other labels on the widget.  Please advice.

(Using Captivate 2019)

Thank you,

Melody

The Acoordion Learning Interaction is a static interaction. That means that you need to add an interactive object to the slide to keep it paused. That could be a Next button (just an example) with the action 'Go to Next Slide'.

More information about Learning Interactions in this blog, which allows also to download a table. However I didn't include the most recent interactions like Bulletin:
