Simplesmente, acentuações e caracteres especiais que não funcionam no Adobe New Captivate 2023. Testei diversas confirgurações de teclado, mas não reconhece a entrada pelo teclado (nem o virtual), apenas copiando e colando de outra ferramenta para o captivate, o que é inviável para quem produz e precisa de agilidade na criação. 

Alguém sabe como solucionar?

Problems with accents have always been the case in Captivate, although it has been reported many times. However in the New version it has not improved, on the contrary, for non-English users. In the past they took at least care of users with non-american keyboards, but now several shortcut keys can't be used on another keyboard.

I cannot help you with a fix, if you want to keep the editable texts. The only workaround I know is to create images from the texts with the special characters. And please, log bug reports and feature requests because this is many steps back. Non-English users are really discriminated, in Europe this would not be accepted.

Meanwhile I detected more issues with what I label as 'combi-characters', which means those who need to click two keys on the keyboard. They will never appear in Captivate. When you use them in a CSV file for import in Captivate (quiz) they are even replaced by a Chinese character. I have logged several bug reports about this in the Uservoice platform, localisation category.
