Action Script 3 vs Action script 2

Is there a way to select Action Script 2 in Captivate 8? An online source said itwas under publish settings, but I do not see either button for AS2 or AS3.

Since Captivate 5 only AS3 is supported. And that is about 6 years ago. AS3 is around even much longer.
