adding a border to the skin

In the Skin Editor dialog box, Captivate has a list of borders that can be applied. Is it possible to add your own image to the borders, and if so how?

In the drop-down list for Borders, in the Skin Editor dialog box, Captivate has a list of image borders -- all kinds of images, not just simple lines -- things like cherry wood.bmp, clouds1.gif, and so forth. That is what I was referring to. I'd like to add my own image border to the dropdown list.
