Adding quiz questions to quiz manager but then they all disappear after closing it.What am I missing here?

I have successfully added some quiz questions to this presentation but when I added another quiz with 6 questions, and close out the quiz manager, the system waits like it is adding the slides but then when it's finished, the quiz is not there in the presentation and the questions are missing from the quiz manager.  Iv'e done this 3 times now.  Presenter 11

Hi Stephanie,

Can you tell me the office version you are using? Are there any security software/Antivirus you are using? Can you try disabling it and try again? Looks to me some permission issue.
