Adobe Captivate 2017 - Fluidic Player Jumping

One of my users was only 1 min 46 secs into a module when the system automatically jumped to completed & Prime is reporting a 'Not Applicable' Quiz Score.

I have already removed control panel buttons so that users cannot fast forward.

Anyone came across this problem before?
