Adobe Captivate 2017 > Help > Updates (what is the URL)

When I try to update Adobe Captivate 2017, I am blocked by a firewall.

What is the URL that's being blocked?  If I can find out the URL, I can give it to the IT department and they may be able to unblock it for me.
