Dear Community,
I work with Adobe Captivate 2019 since a longer time already on the same Computer. Did not need it for some weeks and wanted to start today, but there suddenly is the error 0xc000007b and no possibility to start. I have uninstalled and re installed captivate, error remains. What should I do?

Did you clean the Preferences when reinstalling? Run the CleanPreferences... file under the subfolder 'utils' in the installation folder, wile Captivate is closed.
Can you also confirm the exact version number as found under Help, About Captivate? Most recent for Windows is 11.5.5.553.
