Adobe Captivate 2019 installing issue

I can't finish the Adobe Captivate 2019 install. When the install process ask for the user and password, the system can't sign in the user and shows the error 400 "Your request result in an error".

I have the License for this.

You might be behind a firewall and it's preventing activation. Trying sending an email to CaptivateHelp@Adobe.com and they should be able to fix you up. This is a user forum and other than giving you advice there is little we can do troubleshooting.
