Adobe Captivate 2019 - playback bar has disappeared

Hi,

I had a presentation that I did not want the playback bar to appear so I went into Skin Editor and turned it off. Great, no problem. But now, it won't come back. I am in a different presenation and back into Skin Editor and turned it back on (it shows in that window), but when I go back into my presentation, it is not there. NO matter what I do, it won't appear. I uninstalled and reinstalled Captivate, nothing.

I need help, I have work to do and no answers.

Is this a responsive project? Which exact version do you use? You find the full number under Help, About Captivate.

It looks to be in overlay... is that corect?

The skin editor is limited when you put in knowledge checks slides. Change your knowledge check slides to question slides and change the type to Survey (instead of Graded), and the skin editor choices will return. 

Moderation: sorry but this is not correct. Knowledge Check slides have no influence on the appearance of the playbar. The only way to prevent navigation by the playbar (not the appearance) is to have Branch aware checked on, or when you have Pretest slides. It is possible to Hide the playbar automatically for Quiz and Knowledge Check slides when you check that option in Quiz Preferences.

Switching from Graded to Survey has no sense at all, because tyou cannot have any scores, and there is no releation with the playbar.
