adobe captivate 6 project HTML not running in IE 8

I have a problem  with adobe captivate 6 project HTML not running in IE 8.when i run it a window pop up the browser doesnot support the content.

How can i fix that and for your info I don't have the authority to upgrade the IE to later versions aa.png

Captivate 6 was the first version to output HTML5 content.  However, IE8 is not HTML5 compliant.

If IE8 is all you can use, instead of publishing to HTML5, publish to SWF/HTM.

Thanks for your reply .I have some (right clicks for the user to do ) so, I can not publish it as SWF if you have solution it'll be great

You CAN publish to SWF and use Right-Click.  Just make sure that you are not just trying to access the SWF directly.  You must use the JS and HTM files that Captivate publishes, and you must have at least one interactive object (e.g. click box) set up in your project to respond to a right-click AND you must have Accessibility turned OFF in Preferences.

Thank you for you reply, you said I must use the JS and HTM files that captivate publishes ,sorry I don't know how to do that, for your assisstance please and for the click box it's there already.

When you publish out from Captivate to SWF it should by default be also creating an HTM file named the same as the project and a JS file called standard.js in addition to the SWF with the project's name in the filename.

Do you see these files when you publish?
