Adobe Captivate 8 - Licensing has been refused. Application must exit

I just changed my laptop but I forgot to deactivate Adobe Captivate 8 in my old laptop before I gave it away. Can you deactivate it for me? Please let me know where I should post my Adobe ID and the serial I use.

I already tried to install Captivate 8 in my new laptop with the same serial and Adobe ID I used for my old laptop. However, the program just crashed after splash screen (showing quick-start menu to create a project). I checked amt3.log in temp folder and there is error below,

[ERROR] |  |  |  | AMT |  |  | 7368 | Licensing has been refused.  Application must exit.

My laptop is

Windows 8.1 Enterprise (64-bit)

8.00 GB RAM

You need to contact Adobe Support thru chat when they are open for business and ask them to reset your activations.

Make sure you are logged in to the Adobe site, have cookies enabled, clear your cookie cache.  If it fails to connect try using a different browser.

I successfully contacted Support there. They deactivated the serial I use but problem still exists.

FYI, that I have tried below suggestions in this forum with no lucks.

- Run as admin (to install and open app)

- Delete Preference folder

- Delete fonts
