Adobe Captivate 9, Published as HTML5/SWF, Output Format - Exported as PDF, the pdf file open as a white blank page in Chrome, why?

Version:     Adobe Captivate 9

Published as HTML5/SWF

Output Format - Exported as PDF

When I open the pdf file in IE, it works fine. I can play and see the demo.

But when I open the pdf file in Chrome, a white blank page appears. Also no control available to play the demo.

Is there any work around for this?

I can see lots of discussions are already here, regarding chrome issue, but cannot find any answer. Any kind of help would be appreciated.

Since version 9 of Adobe Reader the necessary Flash Player plugin is not automatically installed, you have to do it manually. The PDF created with Captivate on publishing is an interactive pdf, needs the Flash player plugin.

Adobe Flash Player needed for Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Acrobat Reader

Moreover Chrome in recent versions is not enabling the Flash player plugin neither as it used, you have set it up as well.
