Hello,
I´m using current version of LearnDash and Grassblade LRS with Grassblade xAPI Companion.
I generate Courses with Adobe Captivate 9.
I have uploaded the Course with xAPI Companion, activated Completion tracking and the course opens in a lightbox.
The Course has 3 simple Quiz-Slides at the end.
Actually it is only possible to take the course one time per user.
Then after clicking the "Launch" Button again the course starts at the Quiz Results Slide so the user can´t take the course again.
There is the same problem failing the Course:
- User takes the course
- User fails Quiz
- User can´t take the quiz again and starts the course at the Quiz-Results slide.
In Adobe Captivate I´ve made the setting in quiz settings:
Action when passed --> Quit
Action when fail --> Jump to slide 1 (It´s working but the quiz does not reset)
In Project Options for Start and End I´ve set the Action for the End of Project --> Close Project
Is there any posibility to let the user start the course again even when he already passed it?
Or can the course be reseted when it´s opened again?
Thank you very much for your help!
Regards,
Alex
Your issue with the course resuming at the Quiz Result slide is due to having bookmarking turned on. One solution is to turn off Resume Data bookmarking by selecting the option on the Quiz > Reporting screen under Advanced to Never Send Resume Data. (For a small quiz containing just a handful of questions it should never be necessary to bookmark and return to it anyway.)
Sending the learner back to the first slide in the project using the On Failure action will not reset the quiz. For multip

Sending the learner back to the first slide in the project using the On Failure action will not reset the quiz. For multiple quiz attempts you need to allow them via the Quiz > Pass or Fail screen and select the option to Show Retake Button. The user should be clicking that button on the Quiz Results slide to reset the quiz back to zero for another attempt.
