Adobe Captivate Cached Projects

May I know what is this? Can I delete it? There is around 7GB in my computer.

When I open these folder, they are folder in folder and are blank at the end.

It is a second backup (hope you activated the first one in the Preferences), and meant to open projects quicker as well.

Good practice (mentioned all over these forums) is to clear the Cache regularly. There is a button in the Preferences for that goal. If you use that button with a project open, only the cache of the other files will be trashed.
