Adobe Captivate could not open...

I am attempting to open several Captivate files that have been stored on a network drive but were copied to desktop and am getting the "Adobe Captivate could not open..." error.

I am running Captivate 2019 release 11.0.1.266 on Windows 10.

Files created with the version that have not been saved to the network are not displaying this error.

Are you sure that the project has not been created with a more recent version, 11.5? You cannot open a project created with 11.5 in version 11.0.
