Hello Everyone!!! Just got a question, I hope you guys can help me out. I appreciate any answers!!! Thank you in advance.

I have several servers (Windows 2008 and 2012) were IE 10 or 11 will not run the presentation. I just sis there and it just a swirl. Now the funny thing is on clients it works on IE, Firefox, and chrome. Has anyone had any issues with this? Thank you in advance!!

My experience with servers, generically speaking, is that they are by default much more locked down by design to prevent a security breach. My suspicion is that some settings are in place preventing the project from rendering.

If you are able to "serve" the files OK to your clients, and have no need to view them locally on the server in production, my advice would be to leave the security settings alone.

Make sure you have the JSON mime type enabled on your server. Since Captivate 9.0.2 much of the multimedia gets converted to this format. If you don't have it enabled your course will not run.
