Adobe Captivate - Quiz results always show all questions CORRECT!

Hi! Love the captivate so far but in the quiz of my course I have created, the quiz results always shows every question correctly answered, no matter what you answer.

I have marked the correct answer in every question slide with a tick but still it doesn't work. I publish my document as an executable.

Please help me! It shouldn't be like this!
