Adobe captivate scorm 1.2 unable to be tracked by moodle 2.7

New Here ,

I have been using my scorm 1.2 pretty well with Moodle 1.9 but after I updated my moodle to version 2.7, it won't track my scorm. Check it in scorm cloud https://cloud.scorm.com/sc/user/Course?appId=CJN8CQMPVQ&courseId=AviationLegislation2be10926-928f-43...

I tried in scorm cloud and no tracking record is seen in scorm cloud too. Any help on how to initialize the communication as the error I found while trying to play is LMS initialize failed|return false;

Kind regards,

Yemane

I'm not working with Moodle, but I would look to their support forum first.

Check if others have had issues with this update, for SCORM 1.2 content, it may or may not relate specifically to Captivate.

I'm inclined to say that it may take a few days of use, if not weeks, for others to see that courses aren't being reported as complete. If the LMS admin doesn't seen any errors, nor does this trigger any warnings for users, much training could go untracked until the reporting issues are discovered.

I applaud you for your testing of the Moodole update!

Something strange about this.  Captivate normally handles Moodle quite well.  But if you are uploading your same SCORM to SCORM Cloud you would need to change the settings in Reporting to be for Other LMSs.  Moodle is a bit of a special case and you need to select it specifically before publishing.

I would first try publishing for a normal SCORM LMS and test that output in SCORM Cloud.
