I noticed an issue with the Adobe Captivate Widgets after the Flash Play update to 20.0.0.286. In Captivate 8.0 and 9.0, Adobe Captivate Widget Playbars (and customer playbars) prevent the timeline to play and objects on the timeline do not appear on the stage (slide).
Is there a fix for widgets? If there is no fix, what is a workaround for a widget playbar/navigation?
I don't know whether there is an easy fix for widgets that don't work with Flash 20 but if it DOES turn out that there is no fix, then the workaround will be to create your own navigation using standard interactive objects such as buttons and click boxes, or preferably Smart Shape buttons on Master Slides.

Which 'widgets' (Learning Interactions) did you use?

I am referring to playbar widgets that are used as main navigations.

If my memory is correct there was only one playbar widget and it has been taken out since several versions. Because this is a public forum, your subject title is bit misleading if you are only talking about a widget that has disappeared in the last versions. Learning Interactions, most of them work (not always totally) appeared in replacement of the widgets (for SWF only) and are around since version 6 I think. There is no playbar learning interaction. Are you working with upgraded projects?
