Adobe Presenter 8 PowerPoint Add-In

I am having issues running the Presenter 8 addin for Powerpoint. I am getting the following error when I try to click any of the buttons(record, settings, preview etc) nothing works. I have updated everything I can think of flash, office etc. I am running windows 7 professional. Office 2010 32 bit and Tech Comm Suite (which gives me presenter 8 32 bit version).

When I close PowerPoint I get the following error as well
