Adobe Presenter didn't find flash player

With Windows 10 and internet explorer 11, Adoble flash player is integred automatically, but Adobe Presenter didn't find it. I've tried all the navigators (internet explorer, edge, chrome, Firefox..) and it doesn't work.

How can i use Adobe presenter to publish my presentation  ??? with which other application ??
