Adobe Presenter quizzes not appearing on slides

Hello,  I am very new to Presenter.  I created a Course in PPT and purchased Presenter so I could add quizzes. I wrote a few test quizzes in Quiz Manager and I was under the impression that they would automatically pop up on my open slide or next slide.

They did not.  I can't seem to to find any instructions about how to get the quiz onto a slide.  All the instructions I read describe how to use Quiz Manager and how to create various types of quizzes.  I understand that but I still cant get the quizzes on the slides.  I'm baffled.

Can anyone point me the right direction?

thanks!

They did not.

This is not how you create a Quiz slide in Presenter. You need to go into the Quiz Manager option in the Adobe Presenter ribbon in PPT. Once you create your quiz slides they will be generated and placed in your presentation after the selected slide. They can be moved if they are placed incorrectly in your presentation.

Deep's link above is a good place to start to understand creating questions, but don't be afraid to just go make some. You can always delete any unwanted quiz slides.

Thanks. I did go to Quiz Manager first. I created a question group, then quizzes within the question group. At first they did not pop up. I shut down the program, then opened it back up and they appeared on the slides.  Not sure why they didn't appear the first time.  🙂

I have another question, if you don't mind. When they did pop us the slides appear jumbled with information (the quiz with the answer and all the instruction text). However, in the "preview" they look like the quiz I would expect and I can even take the quiz in the preview.

Is this as its supposed to be?  The preview is correct but when I look at my slides not in preview they are jumbled.

Thank you!  I appreciate the help!

Question Groups are a whole other animal. This feature is use to create a pool of questions which you pull from randomly. You can pull all or any subset down to one question from the pool. For your purposes, I would suggest you just add the questions to the Quiz.

As to the jumbled up look, you'd need to either share a screen shot or the presentation here so I'd know if it was as expected or not. I suspect you are seeing all the feedback boxes which live on top of one another. These boxes will not appear at the same time for the learners, but rather just display the feedback message relevant to their interaction. You can move these feedback boxes to make it easier to edit them, but keep in mind they will show wherever you leave them on the slide.

Thank you thank you!  You explained it very well.  What a relief!  Those are the feedback boxes on my slide.  It is normal then.

I think I'm on the road.
