It says: "Cannot load the recordings for slides 1-17. The .ppc file does not match the presentation."
I can find the file, but it will not load it. I cannot afford to lose a huge set of work in these audio files. How do I get it open so I can work with the file again?
I was encountering the same problem. What I did was click the button next to Load the Recordings from another file and then hit the browse button. I browse for the pptx file that accompanies my Powerpoint. Once in there I click on the file named Media.ppcx. That takes me back to the dialogue box and I hit the ok button and it loads the audio for all my slides. I hope this works for you.
