Adobe Stock/My Assets missing

Hello,

I updated Captivate 9 to use the Adobe Stock feature.  I downloaded files from my Adobe Stock Library. I received confirmation, but not showing up in my assets/media interface.  Any suggestions?  Download from stock Screen Shot 2017-01-17 at 6.12.51 PM Screen Shot 2017-01-17 at 6.13.15 PM
