Advance Automatically -- slide

New Here ,
Sep 01, 2015 Sep 01, 2015

Ack!

I created a Captivate presentation from a PowerPoint.

I *thought* I selected for all slides to advance automatically after XX time.

All slides ARE advancing automatically except for one.

I cannot find how to fix this anywhere.

I've got 32 slides.

All of them now have audio recordings AND detailed closed captioning (that I've lined up with the audio line-by-line.) So redoing this presentation from scratch is not an option.

Please help!

Do you see a click box in the timeline of that slide? If not, you'll have to look in the PPT to see if something is set up to advance on click.

It has taken me two days to figure it out and, of course, as soon as I posted, I figured it out...

there was an "object" inserted into the slide in Captivate that was running a minute longer than the slide. As soon as I shortened the slide length to match the audio, of course, it advanced on to the next slide. HUZZAH! Thanks so much!
