Hello everyone,
I am attempting to make a quiz that is 11 questions long. But without fail, after question 7 in the preview the quiz freezes and will not progress.
If I start previewing further into the quiz the quiz will freeze 7 questions away from the start.
Start on question 01 it freezes on Question 08Start on question 02 it freezes on Question 09
There is no question pool, no random questions.
I have looked through these forums and have tried all of the solutions I have found that relate to my issue, but have had no luck.
I am using Adobe captivate 2017, fully updated.
Publishing to SCORM 1.2 This is being created on a PC.
Any help at all would be greatly appreciated, even a link to something I missed.
Edit:
I have the learner view three videos, and then take the quiz.
After some trouble shooting, I have determined it is something earlier in the project that is causing the freezing.
I deleted the beginning part of the project and it went through the quiz no problem.

You don't know exactly what caused the problem, something I don't remember having seen before. May I close this thread?

Oh I'm sorry I didn't mean that to sound like I had a solution.
I'm still looking for information about what might cause it, as I still need to fix the issue. I currently have two projects with the exact same problem. After 7 questions the quiz no longer responds. I can click on the radial buttons but I can't submit an answer or go forwards or backwards in the quiz.
Tomorrow morning I'm going to try and rebuild the beginning of the project and see if the issue is fixed, and if it is I'll let you know and you can close this thread.
(the cause will simply remain a mystery )

Well,
deleting and re-making the first half of the project seems to have fixed the quiz issue.
You can close this thread, but thank you for having a look anyway!
I do wish I knew what it was that caused it, but I guess it will forever remain a mystery.

Thanks for the reporting. Something must have been corrupting the file, could have been anything. There are ways to find out, but that takes time as well. When I bump on that type of issue, I often decide to recreate right away.
