Hallo - kindly any help or adv. after instal Adobe Captivate 9 on OS. windows 7 sp1 x64bit van not start Stays in the loading does not open the program

Do you run Captivate as Administrator? Right-click on the launch shortcut (in Start menu or elsewhere):

But it certainly does not work the same problem

Can you look 'behind' that screen to see if the Captivate welcome screen is not hiding somewhere? You can also look in the taskbar. I am a real multitasker, and it happens often to me that Captivate is open behind other applications. Moreover: Captivate is a pretty heavy application, you have a 64-bit system, but what about RAM, space on the HDD (or SSD), graphics card?

Not sure, I never checked the minimum requirement, but this is a pretty old system, right? I see Pentium, a 512MB NVidia card (which is fine), 4GB of RAM but only 834MB available? (not to be shared since you have a graphics card). According to the requirements for CP8 (which are much too low) this should be able to run Captivate, but please, don't use other applications at the same time. Is there plenty of room left on the HDD where you installed (primary I suppose, should have at least 20% free). Do not listen too much, I'm a freak. My pretty old desktop has 32MB of RAM and a 2MB NVidia, starting from a SSD. Will not tell about my new laptop..

Maybe it has another cause: you did install Captivate on the system, not on a networked drive? I know that some users had issues with corrupt fonts in the past.

I think the computer specifications not bad and i have on others partion windos 10 and windows 8.1 and ADOBE CAPTIVATE V8 MULTI is work with out problem

I don't understand: Cp8 is not compatible with Win10. Are you saying that you have both Win10 and Win7 on that system? Did you perhaps install Win9 on an external HDD?

3 OS i have on PC 1.5 TB 2 HD

6 partions

with 3 OS

win 7 sp1

win 8.1

win 10 1511

and Cp8 is on Win10 work no problem
