I experienced a glitch where none of my learning interactions were appearing. Customer support just remoted in and apparently solved the issue, but now it seems I'm missing at least one of the interactions if not more. The YouTube interaction was the one that I was intending on using in the first place, so the fact that they've now updated my system and that one feature is gone is frustrating. Were the YouTube interactions discontinued?

It was not working well lately, because of change by YouTube. Just double-checked and I do see YouTube in my list (CP2017). I didn't test it however, using always the web object.
Are you on Windows or Mac? I could explain how to restore the original interactions on Windows.
I was able to get in contact with a support agent and they sent me the missing widget. A full re-install is probably needed as well since others were missing.
