Asset windows not working

Explorer ,
Nov 20, 2016 Nov 20, 2016

Just received Captivate 9, When I open the Asset windows, it is so big that I cannot see what's down on the page. No scrollbars and not possible to change size. Any idea about why and what I can do. I can write in my log/in details, as email address and password, but that’s the end of the page. So I cannot get the elearning library an that’s why I bought Captivate.

I have a Windows 10 PC, have tried changing display, reinstalling twice and wasted a lot of valuable time on this.

Thanks

Jan

I was not really asking about the screen resolution but about the display percentage both for the screen (% set automatically in Win 10, could be too high) or browser.

What are the display settings?

Thanks, the display settiings are 1920 x 1080, but I see now that the windows with the assers are cut just under the password field, so it wouldn’t be possible to increase the window.

That Assets window may actually be using a browser to display the content.  Check your browser display percentage settings as these are independent of your Operating System display settings.
