Hello!
Last week I tried to download some cutout people, and they are not appearing in my assets window anywhere. All of the other images I've downloaded previously are there, but I can't seem to get any new ones. I know they are for sure being downloaded. I've been able to download other assets from adobe, but I'm apparently having issues with e-learning brothers.

Apparently this is a known issue with the Captivate team. We've been told that a fix is coming in the next update. In the meantime you can log in to the ELB website and download your assets there and use them as you would any other outside source.
