My goal is to create a new software simulation slide. I created it with my microphone selected for narration. When I record video no audio is recorded. To test things I created a blank slide and then hit the record button on to menu bar. I hit record and the countdown starts. I say a few things to test it then hit the stop button. I then get "audio encountered an internal error" My microphone works just fine with Audacity and Skype so I know the thing works.
I am running Captivate 9.0.0.223 on Windows 10. My microphone is a US Samson CO1U .
