Audio mute not working for mouse click sound (online + HTML5)

Hello,

I've got some strange issues with a software demonstration project and muting the mouse click sounds.

When I run the HTML 5 export locally, everything works fine.

When I upload the export to a webserver, the mute button does not mute the mouse click and keyboard typing sounds.

I created custom navigation control buttons. First I thought this (and cpCmdMute) might be the problem. But also with the captivate playbar I've got the same issue.

By the way: the swf export works fine. Locally and on a webserver.

Is there any explanation or workaround for this?

Thank you in advance.

Angela

I've seen this issue mentioned before about the HTML5 output.  I suggest you log a bug with Adobe about it.  The more people that do this the more likely it is to get fixed.
