I know there is probably a simple fix but I've honestly spent two days looking online with no luck
I have created two different projects and in each the background audio kind of echos or loops multiple times ONLY when I publish to video. I can publish the projects any other way (HTML, SWF, Executable) and the background audio plays just like the preview. It is only when I publish to video that it sounds like it is playing the background audio multiple times over each other.
I have a long project that I started with, but I also created another project with just four slides to test it out. There is nothing else in the project but the background audio, and it still does it.
I'm using Captivate 9 and have installed all the hotfixes. I've tried publishing at different bit rates and all the presents. I've added additional audio, removed my background audio and selected one of the files provided with Captivate, and I've played around with the types of audio files. No luck.
Any help would be greatly appreciated
