Basic video interaction questions

I am looking to create a project where it plays a mp4 video hosted on vimeo.  Upon completion of that video (play head reaches the end of the slide with video), it automatically moves to the next slide which is a google form.  First question, does anyone have suggestions besides captivate to do something like this?

Because I don't want the user to be able to advance to the next slide without seeing all of the video, multi-slide syncronized video seems to be the choice I'd want to make but in reading the documentation, it looks like I can't stream that from an external source and have to have the full video file embedded into my project and the resulting HTML5.

Is that accurate or can I maintain my vimeo stream of the encoded mp4?

Use synchronised video, not event video. Turn off the playbar. Add a Next

button with a timeline starting near the end of the video timeline.

Can synchronized video be hosted on vimeo instead of on our local server? That's my main issue with moving forward.  We can't host ourselves as much video as I would like to use.
