Hi Guys,
When we converted from Flash to HTML5 for the obvious reasons, the presentations become blurred because of the scaling of the resolution.
By default our Captivate projects are in 960 x 540 and when I preview them in HTML5 browser all is fine (and small of course).
But when the presentation is played on the website in full screen mode (1920 x 1080 screen resolution) everything is blurred:
Our presentations are created and imported from PowerPoint, so I'm not even sure if I need to change the size in PPT too.
I tried playing with the resolution in Captivate but never managed to get the right result which should match the size of the screen.
Any ideas how to proceed for a best quality result?

Captivate output is for the big majority based on bitmap images. Everyone knows that blowing up a low resolustion bitmap image to a much bigger size leads to quaity loss. Moreover for non-responsive projects, the text is also converted to bitmpa images. Reason is that it allowed to use any font, the font didn't have to be present on the system of the end users.
A workaround for the text could be to insert a varable without any value in each text container. That will force the test to be dyamic, which means it is rendered as text on runtime. However, that means also that you need to use a websafe fort or Typekit font. There are some threads around that explain as well how to use Google fonts etc.
As for the images, if you have Photoshop, you could improve the quality byt rescaling the images in PS, which has a rather good way of blowing up images without losing too much quality. It will not be perfect but better.
