I embed the videos in an web objects and captivate display the videos with ugly black borders on top and bottom of the videos. I have tried to set the aspect ratio to both 16:9 and 4:3 It does not help.
The videos play perfectly and dont have borders outside Captivate. Is there a way to avoid the borders. what to do?
