Hello everyone,
I have a user who emailed me about our company's e-learning training module. He tried to complete the training using his Mac computer on Google Chrome but during the video segments of the training (the videos are set to autoplay) he had a blank screen with no audio. Most of my company uses windows PCs and there were no issues with windows computers in this regard. Is there anything on my end or the user's end that could be done to amend this issue?
I am using the 2017 release for captivate (10.0.0.192)
