Bookmark action for pausing timeline doesn't pause audio?

I'm using the new Captivate. I have a bookmark set to pause the timeline, but the main slide audio keeps playing. I need to use the main slide audio because that is the audio that has closed-captions. Does anybody know how to make the bookmark pause the main slide audio as well?

Can you please tell which exact version you use? The most recent one is 12.3.0.12. Full version number is under Help, About Captivate.

How did you pause using that bookmark exactly? In Captivate Classic an absolute Pause command would pause both slide audio and the timeline. But the pausing point of an interactive object (like the bookmark) would only pause the visual timeline, not the slide audio. It looks like something similar happens here. That is the reason for asking for the exact workflow you have been using.

This is of course for Classic Captivate but a well visited blog:

I have already written some blogs about the bookmarks, which do not really behave as I would expect in all circumstances.

I am using 12.3.0.12, I appreciate the pointer to that information.

I add a bookmark, and then in the interactions I select that the bookmark is the trigger to pause timeline. I haven't used Captivate Classic, so I'm hoping to find a way to pause the entire slide. If I can't, then I need to go without closed captioning which would be very dissapointing as we want to improve accessibility for our presentations.

I'll check out the blog, thanks!
