Buffering wont stop

Using Captivate 8 to create an eLearning lesson. The lesson has an imported .ppt file.  I have inserted video demos.  The lessons plays correctly until it reaches a recorded video demo and then it buffers.  The buffering never ends, or should I say the video does not start to play.  It is published in a zip file.  I have uploaded the .swf file to a SP site, same results.  I have uploaded the zip file and a .swf file to our LMS (Saba) with same results.  I'm not sure what would cause this.  When I preview the content the video plays fine.  Any thoughts?

How big is the MP4 of the Video Demo?

Are you publishing to HTML5 or SWF?

I have two lessons that are performing the same.

One with four mp4.

One with one mp4

I have created many with C5 with no problems and many longer videos.  This is my first eLearning content with C8 and I am wondering if I am doing something wrong and just don't know it.  I am publishing in SWF.

BTW.. thanks for replying.  I'm training today so I may be delayed a little in my responses.

Have you tried the same SCORM packages in SCORM Cloud?
