Hi,
Is there a bug with the quiz passing percentage when it is put to '60%' and when the user gets exactly 60%? Or am I missing something?
1. Create a question pool with 5 questions
2. Add 5 quiz-slides to the course
3. Set the passing percentage to 60%
When the user answers 3 out of 5 questions correctly, he still gets the message that he didn't pass.
->When I change the passing percentage to 80% and answer 4/5 questions correctly, then i works fine.
-> When I don't work with percentage, but with points (30/50), then it works fine too.
The problem seems to occur only with the number '60' as far as I can tell.
Any thoughts?
Thanks,
Christophe
I can confirm it does the same for me. And it doesn't matter if I move the questions from the pool back into the main project. Same result.
If I set the passing score to 59% then it will pass.
I think this is a bug and you should report it as such.

Go to Project > Advanced Interaction dialog and check what score points have been allocated to each quiz question. It sounds like they may not all be the same number of points.

Thank you Rod for your answer, but all seems to be fine there.
Can you confirm you have (or haven't) got the same problem when you create a small similar test file?

Thanks for confirming. I wonder how many people have missed their certification because of this bug.
I didn't know there was a place to report bugs.
(I pity the person in charge of that place...)
Kind regards,
Christophe
