Which font are you using? Did you create the bullets in Captivate or did you copy/paste from another (formatted) application?
Which version are you using, please? Maybe post a screenshot and tell which browser you used?

Here is what the bullets look like in IE 11 and run through the ADL test suite. It is captivate 9, I actually copied text from notepad.

I don't see anything: you cannot attach images, you have to insert them using the browser version of the forums.
Which exact version, latest is 9.0.2.437. Which font did you use, please? Fonts are not embedded, you should use one of the webfonts, which are grouped in the top of the list.

Captivate 9.0.2.437. I used Arial under web safe fonts. Here is crop of screen and how bullets are displaying

That is weird, have no idea why this happens. Does it happen in all browsers?

It displays fine in scorm cloud, but customer requirement is to test it in the ADL test suite, which I can only get to run in IE. I don’t know what to do. I tried the other web safe fonts and the same thing.

LInked to IE in that case. Have no idea except getting rid of the bullets and using maybe a hyphen?

I got them to display correctly with an alteration to the browser. I went to View>Encoding> and then I selected Auto-Select and then they displayed correctly.
If this is just a quirk with the ADL test suite I am ok, but if this could possibly happen on different LMSs that could be an issue

Hi!
I´ve got the same problem ("Re: Cp9: display errors in IE11 "). I think it´s not really practicable to put the users in duty setting their own browseroptions ... Isn´t there a way to let Captivate do the encoding correctly?
