Bypass accessible Drag and Drop Interaction?

Hello everyone,

I'm creating a project in Cap 9 and would like to make it 508 compliant. I have added a drag and drop interaction, which I know is not 508 compliant, but the next slide after the drag and drop interaction is actually the exact same content, just as an explanatory slide with audio. So when the user interacted with the drag and drop slide (no matter if they got it right or wrong) they go to the next slide which is the actual important content slide, with audio. Does that make sense? If not, let me know, and I'll try to explain more.

My question is now, since I know the drag and drop slide isn't compliant, can I just ask the accessible user (in the slide description) to forward to the next slide? Since it accomplishes what I want? Or would I have to take out the drag and drop slide to make it fully 508 compliant?

The drag and drop slide doesn't add any information, it just makes it more entertaining and adds to the learning value to non-accessible users. The actually important slide is the following, with audio and exact explanation of the content.

Thank you!

To truly be compliant I believe you would need to remove the drag and drop.  Leaving it in provides and similar but different experience for disabled and non-disabled users.  While the learning is the same the experience is not.
