eLearning and the Techcomm suite are totally different departments, they are not considered creative applications: Captivate, Presenter, Framemaker, RoboHelp are not part of the creative cloud. Captivate has a subscription license.

Curious how or where you managed to infer anything about TechComm Suite? Creative Cloud was mentioned but I'm seeing no reference to TechComm.

I just wanted to tell that Captivate is not the only application that is not part of the Creative Cloud. It is mostly about Captivate that people are complaining, but Adobe has a lot more applications that are not included in CC.
