Can I add closed captioning on a CPVC video slide?

I imported a CPVC slide depicting a software demonstration and I would like to add rolling closed captions of the recorded audio.

@Erik maybe you ignore that a CPVC-slide is not a video slide as it is explained in the last link. You insert the raw CPVC-file, and on publishing it will be converted to MP4.

Sorry, have no idea how to add CC to a CPVC slide. If you publish the cpvc first to MP4 and then insert it as video you can use the CC as explained in that second link.
