Can I Get Captivate 2017 Since I have a Captivate 9 subscription?

I purchased an Adobe Captivate 9 subscription in March 2017.  Does that mean that I can use the new 2017 version?  If so, how do I access the download files for the new version?

Download trial, and log in with your Adobe ID, used for the subscription. Recommend to CP9 as well at this moment.
