Can Quiz items have modified tab order?

Quizzes have radio buttons that are represented as images. How do I automatically add alt-text to indicate how to tab through them. It is very difficult to navigate through a quiz/submit buttons without a mouse.

Can you elaborate what exactly would you like to add the Alt-text to? And are you looking to modify the Tab order of the Quiz buttons on each question slide?

When I try to modify the tab order, it doesn't include the quiz questions and when I test it with a screen reader, it's practically unusable and not intuitive. Looking for a workaround.

The ideal workaround is called an "text based alternative" of the content (a.k.a 'accessible document').
