Can't download images from asset library

Hi everyone,

I cannot sucessfully download character images from the Adobe Captivate Asset Library. As you can see below, there is a window that opens which is labelled "Download Status" but it never completes the download. Has anyone else ever had this problem?

P.S. I found this hotfix for a similar problem with an earlier version of Captivate but the links don't work anymore:
