Hello all,
I recently discovered that I have still been getting charged for a Captivate subscription that I was supposed to have canceled after a previous job finished. I can't find my subscription to Captivate anywhere in my account. Can someone help me find where to cancel the subscription?

Did you look at your account, which you find under the avatar in the CC application? I am just a user, cannot help you but will try to reach out to a staff member.

Yes, I've tried going through the CC app as well as the website itself, and both show Lightroom as my only "plan." Thank you for helping.
