Can't open Project in CP2017

A coworker was working on a captivate 2017 presentation and his computer was working on an update in the background.  He hit save on the presentation, but before it finished saving his computer restarted because of the update.  Now when he tried and open the presentation he gets the attached pop up.

Hope Backup was enabled (is now by default in 11.5.1).

Check if there are lck files in the folder where projects are saved. If you find such files, delete them.
